* Flowers (Mga Bulaklak) 1

We've collected pictures of flowers ("mga bulaklak" in Tagalog) and are just amazed by the variety, number and beauty of them!  Here is a selection.  I'll probably do more another time.  There are so many you don't know where to start and stop!  And there are too many to identify them all.  Enjoy a glimpse into God's handiwork in this part of His world.

The plant that grows the previous flower.

Pretty sure this is a Poinsettia, although I never knew they grew the white flowers in the middle.....

....and I didn't know the plants could get as big as a bush!

The crowning beauty.

(Rev. Kleyn gets the photo credits for most of them.)

"And why take ye thought for raiment?
Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow;
they toil not, neither do they spin:

"And yet I say unto you,
that even Solomon in all his glory
was not arrayed like one of these.

Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field,
which today is, and tomorrow is cast into the oven,
shall he not much more clothe you,
O ye of little faith?"

Matthew 6:28-30
