On Friday, February 12, the annual delegation arrived in Manila. Rev. Joshua Engelsma (pastor of Doon PRC) came as a representative of the Foreign Mission Committee (of which he is a member). Deacon Lee Hoekstra came as a representative of Doon PRC, our calling church. Lee's wife Joann was also able to make the trip. We are thankful for their care, assistance and oversight.
Arrival at the airport. They made it!
On Sunday we made the trip to Bulacan and the Protestant Reformed Church in that location.

On Monday we took a drive out into the country side east of Antipolo.
By the rice fields. Such a beautiful green.
At Daranak Falls. The guys even went in for a swim.
The men offered to do all the dishes from supper one night.
Joann and I didn't argue for too long. ;-)
Rev. Kleyn did help too (honest!) but he is the one taking the picture.
On Tuesday (the 16th) was the regular meeting of 7M, the pastors' classes here in Manila.
Rev. Kleyn spoke first on the Church Order, Articles 49-52 and had a time of questions afterward.

Rev. Engelsma spoke on I Thessalonians 2:1-12, "The How of Bringing the Gospel,"
and also had a time for questions.
Group shot. Nice that we had some extra visitors that day.
Lunch and more time to discuss and fellowship.
Watch for the next installment coming soon!
