* Limerick Connection

As many know, the Covenant Protestant Reformed Church in Northern Ireland has a mission work in Limerick, in the Republic of Ireland. And no doubt you also know that soon, the Lord willing, Candidate Martyn McGeown will be serving as missionary there.

This past Sunday we were able to meet and visit with a family who attends the fellowship in Limerick - Joanna Cesar and her three children (on the left of the picture above).  She's a sister of Pastor John Flores (pictured above), pastor of the First Reformed Church in Bulacan here in the Philippines, where we go once a month.  She and her three children are back in the Philippines for a visit (unfortunately her husband wasn't able to come).

We enjoyed meeting them, and having that connection to the saints in Ireland and Northern Ireland.  Also a connection to Sharon's cousin Mary, wife of Rev. Angus Stewart.

May the Lord prosper the spread of His Word in Limerick, and bless Candidate McGeown as he soon takes up that work.
